Bartender Lauren Reed, in Olathe, KS loves being a part of the Red Lobster team. Our dedicated training processes allowed her to quickly gain skills behind the bar when she first started. Apart from the great training she receives, there’s a lot Lauren loves about bartending. Her favorite part is delivering excellence to her guests on a daily basis. “I love being able to take pride in my bar,” she said. “From creating picture-perfect beverages to keeping my work area picture-perfect too.”
