Hospitality runs in the family for a mom and her two sons. Server Sharon Ross and her sons—Joey, a Certified Grill Master, and Jason, a Line Cook—work together to deliver great seafood and hospitality to our guests in Wichita, KS. Joey was inspired to apply for a job at Red Lobster because of his mother, who has worked with Red Lobster for more than 20 years. Sharon was pregnant with Joey when she first began her career here and he spent his whole life seeing firsthand what a great place it is to work. For Joey, his favorite part of working with his mom and brother is “the constant connection and support I get from them.”
Love was in the air when Certified Restaurant Supervisor Antoine Gaines met his future fiancée at Red Lobster in Newnan, GA. Though they met when she was originally a guest, Antoine’s fiancée started working at the restaurant a few months later as a server. Antoine remembered serving her and working alongside each other only brought them closer together. Soon they became a couple and settled down to start a family. Today, Antoine believes Red Lobster helped him grow his skills from being “a server to a dad”.
